The Vila Alencastre restaurant is part of a small hotel located in Porto Santo which opened its doors in 2007. A very inviting and cozy restaurant with indoor seating for 50 guests and outdoor seating for 70 guests. Has surrounding garden which promotes well-being allowing you to eat in a relaxed atmosphere. The Vila Alencastre's menu comprises a variety of well-known Madeiran and Portuguese dishes and desserts. Specialties include Espetada, Kebabs, Espada with banana and many other fresh fishes caught locally. Provides a good choice of wines. Food and presentation is of a high standard. Service is polite and efficient. Pre-reservation is recommended during high seasons.

O ambiente deste restaurante é tranquilo podendo desfrutar no exterior de um bom espaço rodeado de flores. O atendimento é muito personalizado e a comida tem uma boa confecção e a apresentação de pratos também é agradável. Desde o famoso ''filete de espada com banana'' ao atum e à carne, recomenda-se. É um restaurante a não perder em Porto Santo
