Espada na Pedra

The Espada na Pedra Restaurant, situated in Caniço opposite the Dom Pedro Garajau Hotel, is a calm and pleasant locale that serves good food accompanied by excellent service.

Apart from its varied menu that offers a choice of portions and snacks, there is also an À La Carte menu. The specialties of the house include black-scabbard fish fillet, squid, king prawns, Espetada, tuna, and mixed fishes all grilled on a hot stone, among other dishes. In terms of drinks, you will find a variety of regional drinks including Poncha, Nikita and Pé de Cabra along with different cocktails.

With a capacity for up to 90 people (40 inside and 50 outside), the Espada na Pedra allows for any kind of event to be organised from baptisms to birthdays, weddings, Hen and Stag parties, among other social events.
