Barreirinha Bar Café

The Barreirinha Bar and Café is set in a chilled out seaside location near the Santa Maria Maior Church in Funchal. A perfect location to relax, read or even watch incoming cruise ships docking or exiting the Funchal harbour. Barreirinha is very small in size but makes up for this by offering a large roadside esplanade with lots of tables and chairs to sit many daytime or evening guests. Serves ice creams, nibbles and small snacks ideal for a light breakfast or late snack. To add, the Barreirinha serves a variety of regional alcoholic drinks as well as wines and mojitos at very good prices. Has occasional entertainment such as live bands, jazz players and DJs.
