The wine list is good and mainly comprises Madeiran wines. A highly recommended Italian restaurant that pays attention to small detail with professional service and a relaxed atmosphere.

GREAT EXPERIENCE

Yes, I would go back!

Ate here in September 2013. We had always walked by in previous years, but were really pleased we called in. Lovely ambience, great food and friendly & efficient staff. Prices were reasonable and drinks good too. Will definitely visit again when we return this year (2014).

Yes, I would go back!

I stayed in Madeira for one week in March 2014. Restaurant Il Basilico is an amazing restaurant with delicious food and outstanding, nice and kind staff. I visited this restaurant 3 times during a week and will definitely visit them again next time in Madeira. Marie S. Sweden
