Summary:
Brilliant night out - obrigado/a

About a year ago I almost died following a fire at work. Fortunately I didn't. Tonight was such an exceptional night. The food was absolutely brilliant and the entertainment was spectacular. I don't speak Portuguese but that didn't matter. We felt every sensation coming through our bodies. Everyone in the restaurant took part in providing what can only be described as "something quite fantastic". We sat beside a group of Germans and really enjoyed their company - slainthe Werner! A brilliant night - one which makes me glad I survived. And people are complaining about the broccoli! - Get a life! B/R/L
A great fado experience

We visited on August 1th 2014 Sabor a Fado. It was a great experience. The 5 members of the family who were singing fado all had a very good and intense performance, the guitar players were also inspiring. In the small and friendly restaurant we had the best evening in our 14 days visit of Madeira.

Ótimo espaço para quem aprecia um bom momento de fado. Ontem foi pela primeira vez ao Sabor a Fado, adorei o ambiente, com pessoas simples e simpáticas. Recomendo a lá irem .Grandes vozes,sim senhor.....!A fazer-me lembrar Lisboa, Bairro Alto. Bem hajam

Ruoka maukasta ja kohtuu hintaista. Palvelu tehokasta, sydämellistä ja ensiluokkaista. Ilmapiiri kotoisa ja lämminhenkinen. Kaiken kruunaa henkilökunnan esittämä Fado-musiikki.
Très décevant / very desapointing

Quelques chansons de Fado plus ou moins bien chantées selon la chanteuse (ici toute la famille chante, cuisine et assure le service en même temps), un repas sans intérêt, voire gras et dégoulinant d'huile (calamars), un très mauvais Madère, pour un prix exorbitant (3 fois le prix d'un restaurant de qualité du même quartier, certes sans fado...). Nous le déconseillons.
