Restaurante Arsenio's is a restaurant and bar located in the heart of Funchal's 'Old Town' known for its blend of food with Fado. A simple and traditional restaurant that serves homecooked Madeiran meals and international dishes. Specialties include fish skewers, seafood dishes and barbecue-grilled meats. As well as the indoor dining room, there is a small outdoor eating area with a street view where you can also watch the barbecued meals being prepared. A highly atmospheric restaurant that provides live Fado singing every evening from 8pm-10pm.

Era uma família de 8 adultos e uma criança de 2 anos. Nós gostámos muito. Os pratos de peixe e os de carne estavam muito bem confecionados e bem servidos. O preço está em conformidade com a qualidade, o lugar (zona turística) e com fados. Os empregados eram uma simpatia.
