Taj Mahal

The Taj Mahal is an Indian restaurant situated near the Pestana Carlton Hotel close to the Lido zone in Funchal. An up to date and colourful restaurant with the main dining room located on the first floor along with a good-sized veranda for outdoor eating offering a pleasant view over the surrounding area. Menu is comprised of a great number of Indian favourites cooked in a variety of spicy sauces. Also available are a good selection of homemade Indian breads and other appetizers. Staff are helpful and attentive. Prices are average.
